Meeting

Ingoldsby Parish Council is made up of five elected invididuals from our parish.  Councillors are unpaid volunteers who devote their time, skill and effort to the community and local residents.  The Council includes the Chair, Vice-Chair and three Councillors.  Ingoldsby Parish Council is comitted to being honest, open and transparent in all areas. Financial transactions are subject to internal and external audit.  The Clerk is a qualified, paid, part-time employee of the Council and should be the first point of contact.

Meetings of the Ingoldsby Parish Council are held throughout the year, in the Village Hall, on a Wednesday evening commencing at 8pm. Residents are welcomed and encouraged to attend the meetings.  Details about future meeting dates and joining instructions will be posted to the webpage under Council Business (Future Parish Council Meeting Dates). The Council dedicates the first 15 minutes of each meeting to the public forum, where residents may speak about any issues of local interest or ask questions of the Council.  Councillors may or may not respond to comments made during the public forum.
