INGOLDSBY PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
Dear Councillor
You are summoned to attend the Ingoldsby Parish Council meeting to be held on Wednesday 7 October 2026 at 7.45pm for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out hereunder.
The meeting will be preceded by a public forum, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, commencing at 7.30pm. Parishioners who are unable to attend the meeting are welcome to submit any comments or questions to the Clerk at clerk@ingoldsbyparishcouncil.gov.uk.

To resolve to accept the Clerk’s notes of the Annual Parish Council Meeting on 27 May 2026 as true and accurate record of that meeting.

d) To review the draft/template budget document for 2027/28.
i) To further discuss the request from the PCC for assistance with funding for the on-going maintenance of St Bartholomew’s Church further to the publication of their quinquennial report.

10. CORRESPONDENCE
a) To note the email from the Democratic Services Manager at South Kesteven District Council dated 12 June 2026 in relation to the removal of Councillor’s home addresses from the DPI forms.
