INGOLDSBY PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
Dear Councillor
You are summoned to attend the Ingoldsby Annual Parish Council meeting to be held Wednesday 16 October 2024 at 7.45pm for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out hereunder.
The meeting will be preceded by a public forum, when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, commencing at 7.30pm. Parishioners who are unable to attend the meeting are welcome to submit any comments or questions to the Clerk at ingoldsbypcclerk@hotmail.co.uk.

4) DECLARATIONS OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & DISPENSATIONS
To receive reports on members’ disclosable pecuniary interests in relation to the agenda and any dispensations in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
5) SIGNING OF THE MINUTES
To resolve to accept the Clerk’s notes of the Parish Council Meeting on 11 September 2024.
6) GENERAL MATTERS
a. District Councillor report.
b. To receive an update in relation to the VETS Emergency Telephone Line Test Report.
c. Refresher defibrillator training sessions.
d. Newsletter
i) to resolve to approve the additional £2.71 for printing (up to £30 was approved at the September meeting).

7) HIGHWAYS
a. To receive any reports of new or outstanding highways defects and other updates.

b. To receive an update further to the Village Walkabout
c. To note the email from LCC Highways dates 12 September 2024, ‘Grit Ready’. Requests to be made via Fix My Street.
d. Archer Survey (23 July 2024) – To note the email from Simon Hart, Data Collection Analyst dated 4 October further to a request to repeat the survey during term time.
e. To note the email from Ms Capes, Ingoldsby Academy in relation to speeding and parking.
f. To note there will be a temporary traffic restriction for carriage way repairs by Anglian Water between 24 October 2024 and 25 October 2024 on Humby Road (between 800m and 1200m North of Grantham Road). Posted to Facebook.
